Our delivery guys are ready 9 am to 8 pm to come to Pullman hotel to pick up your clothes. We will wash and dry them gently and they will be delivered back to Pullman hotel reception. You can pay on delivery, or leave money for us at the reception in advance.

Our Laundry service for Pullman Phuket hotel customers:
1. Fill our on-line form by clicking here
We need your hotel name, room number Whatsapp phone Nr. so we can contact you.
Then you choose your preferred service. Wash, dry and fold is 70 THB / kg, wash and iron 120 / kg.
2. Leave your laundry at the reception (and send us a photo)
After placing your order online or by calling us, you can drop off your clothes at hotel reception. Our delivery guy will be there to pick up your laundry soon. To make sure we pick up all your clothes, we need a photo of your laundry bag(s) after you drop them off at the reception.
3. Receive your bill
We will check and weigh the clothes in our store. Your bill will be sent to your Whatsapp. You can leave the money at the reception or pay on delivery.
4. Your clothes are ready
When your clothes are fresh, clean and ready for you, we will notify you and bring the clothes back to your hotel reception (with basic service usually after 5 - 6 pm the next day). We will notify you in advance.

Warning
After washing some clothes, grey/yellow stains may appear on white or light-colored laundry.
This is common issue, you maybe didn’t encountered before at home. May be caused by chemicals in: cosmetics, hair products, bubble solutions, and in most cases, pool chemicals and oils used in massage shops…
This is a common occurrence here and can be prevented by rinsing your clothes with cold water RIGHT AFTER you finish mentioned activities. The stains are not caused by our process, but unfortunately they are only visible after washing the clothes.
Removal is only possible using strong chemicals.
